We re hiring a Dentist who wants work-life balance and the opportunity to make a lasting impact through mission-driven community care.
You ll step into a clinical role focused on preventative, restorative, and emergency dental care. No weekends or call, with full clinical autonomy and dedicated support staff.
You ll practice in Houlton, Maine, with access to outdoor recreation, peaceful small-town living, and a low cost of living that lets your paycheck stretch further.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $140,000 $170,000
• Annual productivity bonus
• 100% employer-paid health insurance for employee

• PTO: 120 hours in year one, 160 hours annually after
• Up to 88 hours additional accrued PTO
