Job description
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS General Dentistry (DMD/DDS)
* Guaranteed base salary + Production bonus comp model
* Earn up to $221,000 in annual compensation (DOE)
* $30,000 Signing bonus
* $10,000 Relocation assistance
* Qualified FQHC site for Federal School Loan Repayment - up to $50,000 / 2 years
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS General Dentistry (DMD/DDS)
* FQHC setting
* General dentistry focus
* 16 - 18 PPD - variety of case-mix and all age groups
* 4 x 10's -or- 3 x 12 hrs. Weekdays shift schedule options available (No Weekend)
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS General Dentistry (DMD/DDS)
* DDS / DMD
* New grads and experienced providers welcome to apply
COMMUNITY General Dentistry (DMD/DDS)
* Twin-Falls, Idaho
* Mid-sized community of 62,000 population
* 3 hours to world class ski resorts in Jackson Hole, WY and SLC, Utah
