Great Expressions Dental in Monticello, NY is looking for a General Dentist to join our established team and step into a full, established patient schedule as we transition an existing dentist's patient base to a new provider.

Full-time is preferred, but we are open to the right part-time dentist.

A Team That Knows the Office You'll be supported by a tenured Office Manager who understands the practice, patients, and day-to-day operations.
Your clinical team includes:
1 Hygienist
1 Dental Assistant
2 Dental Assistants on Fridays
Experienced administrative support
An established patient base
You'll have the support you need to focus on what you do best: providing excellent dentistry and taking care of your patients.
Modern Technology Our Monticello office is equipped to support modern, efficient dentistry, including:
Panoramic X-ray technology
VideaAI to support radiographic diagnostics and clinical decision-making
Modern dental technology and digital workflows

What You'll Do As a General Dentist, you'll provide comprehensive dental care to an established patient population, including:
Comprehensive examinations and diagnosis
Treatment planning
Preventive and restorative dentistry
Fillings and crowns
Treatment of dental emergencies
Extractions
Prosthodontic treatment
Patient education and preventive care
Developing long-term relationships with patients
Providing a high standard of clinical and ethical care
You'll have the opportunity to practice comprehensive general dentistry while working with a team that understands the importance of patient experience and clinical excellence.

You'll be joining an office with a tenured Office Manager and an established clinical team. Having an experienced team already in place means you can spend less time worrying about the operational side of the practice and more time focused on your patients.
Schedule Full-time preferred
We are also open to considering a part-time General Dentist who is the right fit for the practice.
What You Bring DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active New York dental license
Active New York Medicaid provider ID required
Strong clinical and communication skills
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered dentistry
Ability to work collaboratively with a dental team
Desire to build lasting relationships with patients
