Job Description
Required to be a fully enrolled Florida Medicaid Provider, credentialed with DentaQuest Dental Insurance and Liberty Dental Insurance. Must be able to provide a full range of general dental services, including comprehensive exams, preventive services, restorations, removable dentures, extractions, and use of EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System).

Responsibilities
Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.
Educational Requirement
DDS or DMD degree
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience providing a full range of general dental services
Full Requirements
Must have an active Florida Dental License, in good standing.
DDS or DMD degree.
Must be fully enrolled as a Florida Medicaid Provider.
Credentialed with DentaQuest Dental Insurance.
Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance.
Experience performing preventive services.
Experience with restorations.
Experience with removable complete and partial dentures.
Experience performing extractions.
Experience using EagleSoft Electronic Oral Heal Record (Highly desired).
