General Dentist – Columbus & Americus, GA
Blue Jay Dental is excited to present a Full-Time General Dentist opportunity with a dentist-led group practice serving the Columbus and Americus, GA areas. Full-time, Monday–Friday with flexibility to support work-life balance across both locations
Compensation & Benefits:
First-year guarantee of $225,000
30% of adjusted production starting in year two
$25,000 sign-on bonus
Annual CE budget plus extensive in-house continuing education programs
Mentorship and clinical development support

Columbus & Americus, GA – Located in west and southwest Georgia, offering a blend of city convenience and small-town charm with a low cost of living and relaxed lifestyle. Columbus is approximately 70 miles north of Americus, making this a manageable multi-location opportunity within the region.

North: Atlanta, GA – ~100 miles
South: Tallahassee, FL – ~110 miles
East: Macon, GA – ~100 miles
West: Montgomery, AL – ~85 miles
Requirements:
DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active Georgia dental license (or in process)
CPR, BLS, and PALS certifications
Open to both experienced dentists and strong new graduates
Excellent communication skills and patient-focused mindset
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
