Our clients practice has earned outstanding ratings and reviews on Google, with a reputation for delivering exceptional patient experiences and high-quality outcomes. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and skilled dentist to join this modern, state-of-the-art practice.
This is a dynamic role where the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to grow their skills, build patient relationships, and take on a rewarding caseload. You will have your own two operatories, supported by two personal dental assistants, and the ability to earn a competitive salary ranging from $250,000 to $350,000 per year.

Your Role:
Provide general dentistry services including exams, diagnoses, treatment plans, and patient counseling.
Manage two operatories with the support of two dedicated dental assistants.
Perform all aspects of general dentistry, from preventive care to restorative procedures.
Opportunity to learn and perform dental implant placement if desired.
Maintain excellent chairside manner and communication with patients, ensuring a positive and compassionate experience.
Collaborate with a friendly and professional team to maintain high standards of patient care.
Ideal Candidate:
DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active, valid dental license.
Proficiency in all areas of general dentistry, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments.
A desire to expand your skillset, particularly in implant dentistry.
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Schedule & Location:
Monday to Thursday (with additional Saturdays as needed).
Full-time position with flexible hours.
Location: Mt. Morris, MI in a modern, well-equipped practice.
