Pediatric Dentist – Hermitage & Lebanon, TN
Zoo Crew Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or experienced General Dentist with a strong background in pediatric dentistry to join our growing, dentist-led practices in Hermitage and Lebanon, TN.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for strong earning potential, clinical autonomy, mentorship, and long-term growth .
Position Highlights
Schedule: Monday–Thursday
Monday & Tuesday: Hermitage
Wednesday & Thursday: Lebanon
Optional Friday: Lebanon for dentists interested in a 5-day schedule
Income potential: $200,000–$400,000+ annually
Guaranteed annual base compensation plus production-based earning potential
Compensation: 28-30% of adjusted collections
Primarily pediatric Medicaid patients, with some PPO
Established, high-volume practices with strong patient flow and dedicated support staff
Modern offices and digital technology
Clinical autonomy with mentorship and professional support
Benefits include health insurance, life and savings plan, CE benefits, and malpractice insurance
Qualifications
Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with significant pediatric experience
DDS or DMD with a Tennessee dental license or eligibility to obtain one
Enjoys working with children and providing high-quality care
