Job description
Virginia Department of Corrections (VADOC) seeks a Dentist I to operate within the Mobile Dental Unit, delivering routine and emergency care to adult inmates across facilities. The Dentist supervises staff and plans treatments, including exams, x-rays, fillings, extractions, and prevention education.
Ideal candidates hold a D.D.S./D.M.D. and Virginia licensure, plus DEA registration. Travel to field units is required; strong diagnostic and communication skills are essential.
