General Dentist Gambrills, MD 4-Day Workweek No Weekends High-Volume Practice
About the Position We are seeking an experienced, motivated General Dentist to join a thriving, well-established, multi-doctor practice in Gambrills, Maryland . This is an excellent opportunity for a high-producing dentist who enjoys a busy clinical environment and performing a wide range of general and advanced dental procedures.
Position Highlights:
Schedule: 4 days per week, no weekends
Start Date: December 2026 January 2027
Experience: Minimum 3 years of general dentistry experience
Required Skills: Endodontics and dental implant placement and restoration
Comprehensive general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry
Established, high-volume practice with multiple doctors and approximately 7 8 hygienists daily
Strong existing patient base with excellent production potential
Experienced clinical and administrative support staff
About the Practice This highly successful dental practice has served the Gambrills community for many years, providing comprehensive family, restorative, cosmetic, and advanced dental care.
The practice continues to experience significant growth and is investing in a major expansion in early 2027 , including:
4 additional operatories
New CBCT imaging technology
Upgraded dental chairs and equipment
Modernized computers and clinical technology
The practice is supported by an established, growing dental organization that provides administrative, recruiting, HR, marketing, IT, and operational support, allowing dentists to focus on patient care and clinical production.

Compensation & Benefits $900 daily guarantee for the first 5 months
% of net collections thereafter, depending on experience
$2,000 annual continuing education allowance
