General Dentist Opportunity San Antonio, TX About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced General Dentist to join a well-established, high-producing family dental practice in San Antonio, Texas. This thriving practice is part of a respected, doctor-focused dental organization that supports its providers with modern technology, strong clinical autonomy, and an experienced administrative team, allowing dentists to focus on delivering outstanding patient care.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy, established patient base with immediate production potential while working alongside a collaborative clinical team.
About the Position Full-time General Dentist
Start date: September October
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience required
Bread-and-butter general dentistry with opportunities to perform endodontics and extractions
Invisalign or clear aligner therapy experience is a plus
Join a busy, established practice with three dentists and three hygienists
Modern digital office featuring advanced technology, including CBCT imaging
PPO and fee-for-service patient base (no HMO)
Seeking a productive, team-oriented dentist who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Schedule: Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits $900 daily guarantee for the first five months
Transition to % of collections (based on experience)
$2,000 annual CE allowance
