Overview
Position: Dentist (Part‑Time)
Location: Farmington, New Mexico
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $900 per day / per visit
We provide on‑site portable dentistry, podiatry, audiology, and optometry at Senior Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and Veteran Homes across 20+ states—and we’re continuing to grow. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, empathetic care while handling all logistics so providers can focus solely on the patient.
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Part‑Time Dentist to join our mobile care team in Farmington, New Mexico. This role is ideal for someone looking to supplement their current schedule while making a meaningful impact in underserved communities.
All administrative and logistical responsibilities—including equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing—are fully managed by CMC. This is an independent contractor position, allowing you to focus on patient care without the burdens of running a private practice.
Key Responsibilities
Provide routine dental exams, cleanings, extractions, and restorative procedures.
Diagnose and manage oral health conditions common among geriatric patients.
Educate patients and facility staff on proper oral hygiene and preventive practices.
Ensure patient comfort and safety in a mobile/facility‑based care environment.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
Active state dental license in New Mexico.
Experience in geriatric or mobile dentistry preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse care settings.
Schedule
1‑2 weekdays per month
Weekday availability preferred
Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
