Pediatric Dentist Opportunity - Malone, NY FT Mon-Thurs - Exams Only

nPDS Management Services is seeking skilled Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with Pediatric Experience to provide exceptional oral healthcare to children at our Malone, NY location. This position is available Full Time and focuses solely on examinations and treatment planning -allowing you to practice efficiently with the support of experienced assistants and hygienists.

nPayment Schedule ((after start date of dentist)):
n30 Days: 25% of the bonus
90 Days: 50% of the bonus
180 Days: 25% of the bonus
(*_ Referred dentists must remain in good standing throughout their tenure._*)

n nResponsibilities
nnPerform comprehensive dental exams and develop personalized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
nProvide occasional treatments , including cleanings, fluoride applications, and sealants.
nEducate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene to promote long-term dental health.
nMaintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations .
nCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, coordinated patient care.
n nQualifications
nnDMD/DDS with a strong background in pediatric dentistry.
nProficiency in EMR systems (e.g., Dentrix).
nExcellent patient assessment skills and familiarity with medical terminology.
nExperience in oral surgery and working with pediatric patients.
nKnowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical coding best practices.
nAbility to maintain accurate medical records and practice aseptic techniques.
