nPosition Highlights:
nSign-On Bonus: $10,000 – $40,000 (based on experience and contract terms)
nDaily Minimum Guarantee: $900 per day

nResponsibilities:
nProvide high-quality general and comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education
nPerform a variety of dental procedures including restorative, preventive, prosthodontic, and minor surgical treatments
nMaintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with applicable regulations
nCollaborate with our dental team to ensure exceptional patient experiences and optimal outcomes
nStay updated with advancements in dentistry and maintain continuing education requirements
nQualifications:
nDDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
nActive (State) dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
nExcellent clinical and communication skills
nCommitment to patient care, professionalism, and ethical practice
nOpen to new graduates and experienced dentists — mentorship available
nCompensation & Benefits:
n$10,000 – $40,000 sign-on bonus
n$900 daily minimum guarantee (with potential to exceed based on production)
nH1-B visa sponsorship available
