Associate Dentist – Flexible Multi‑Practice Opportunities
PRN team members with CARE Workforce Solutions provide as‑needed coverage for private dental practices in Maryland, Texas, and Georgia. These roles support staffing flexibility for PTO, high‑volume periods, or temporary vacancies.
Position Overview
PRN professionals are expected to be reliable, professional, and clinically competent, integrating quickly into existing teams while maintaining patient care standards and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat dental conditions
Perform restorative, preventive, and emergency procedures
Educate patients on treatment options
Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
Requirements
DDS or DMD degree
Active state dental license
Malpractice coverage
