Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dentist to join the team at our busy practice. The ideal candidate should have an excellent bedside manner and be committed to providing care that makes patients feel like family. Responsibilities :
Provide thorough examinations to determine overall dental health and evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection
Diagnose and treat dental problems including root canals, extractions, and restoration
Perform dental care treatments including x-rays, fillings, sealants, and cosmetic dental services
Consult with other dental specialists when necessary
Provide education to patients on oral hygiene and use of orthodontics and dental appliances
Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree from an ADA accredited dental school is required
Board Certified and / or Board Eligible in General Dentistry
Previous experience in clinical or private practice
CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications
Deep understanding of dental standards and dental medicine trends
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Please note salary is a daily minimum versus a 33% draw.
Position is also part time leading to full time. Ultimately looking for buyout. I am willing to stay on and work for buyer at same rate as I am offering 33% of production.
