Job description
We are seeking a Dentist for an engaging 140-day locum tenens assignment in South Carolina. The role involves a Monday through Friday schedule, with hours typically ranging from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. This position focuses on providing mobile dentistry services to schools, conducting essential dental care including hygiene checks, exams, X-rays, sealants, and fillings, with occasional extractions. Responsibilities and Duties Deliver mobile dentistry services to students in district schools.
Conduct hygiene checks, dental exams, X-rays, sealants, and fillings.
Manage cases requiring extractions when conservative treatment is not feasible.

Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
Call Schedule: No Call
Patient Volume: 6-12 patients per day
LOA: 140 Days
Staffing Mix: Will work in a mobile unit alongside 2 Dental Assistants and 2 Hygienists per unit.
Experience with pulpotomies/pulpectomies strongly preferred.
Familiarity with using rubber dams for fillings is beneficial.
