Job description
The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time General Dentist to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Sioux City, IA !
What is a community health center (FQHC)?
The largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations.
With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.
Hours: 4-day work week with 1 evening per week (until 7:30 p.m.); no weekends, no call
Provider team includes: 1 dentist, 4 hygienists in rotation, & 2 dental assistants
Operatories: 12
EHR: Epic Wisdom
Student Loan Repayment Programs: Eligible for $50,000 in student loan repayment in exchange for 2 years of service through state & federal programs
Competitive Salary : $180,000-250,000 depending upon experience + monthly production incentive plan
Licensing and Professional Subscriptions/Continuing Education: Reimbursement provided.
Comprehensive Insurance: Medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability, long-term disability, and flexible spending available.
Paid Time Off: 36 paid days off per year including holidays
Retirement Plans : 401k with 5% company match

Requirements
DDS/DMD degree from an approved dental school
