Are you a passionate and motivated dentist looking for an opportunity to establish your career with a clear path to ownership? This modern, locally owned dental practice is seeking an Associate Dentist to take over clinical duties from a relocating dentist before taking over ownership outright in as soon as 2-3 years. Highlights:
Take over as the solo provider
$350,000+ Income Potential . Enjoy an initial daily rate before transitioning to a percentage of total office collections, including hygiene
Ease into management as you learn the business. Enjoy autonomy to direct the practice
Established Staff with 2 hygienists, 3 dental assistants, experienced office manager
Modern Office including digital scanner
Clear path to ownership in 2-3 years, with ownership path outline in writing
Associate Criteria:
Licensure : Must possess a valid North Carolina dental license
People Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with patients and staff
Motivation : A strong desire to own and manage a practice in the future
