Full-Time Position
We're searching for a passionate, skilled General Dentist to join our thriving Chesapeake-area team! This isn't just a job; it's a chance to truly make a difference while delivering outstanding dental care in a warm, patient-first environment. What We Offer

Be busy and productive from day one with a large, established patient base and excellent patient flow
Full clinical autonomy; you decide the dentistry you want to do and how you want to do it
Up to $25,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates
Full-time: 4 days/week + one Saturday per month (8 am12 pm)
Compensation range: $180,000 -$300,000+
PPO/Fee-for-Service only (no Medicaid or HMO)

Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
