$100–$120 per hour
Discretionary incentive bonus
Monday–Thursday schedule with flexible 8, 10, or 11-hour shifts
Friday schedule ending by 3:00 PM
One Sunday per month
13–15 patients per day
Two-room model with full support staff
Comprehensive benefits including student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Active New York Dentist License
General dentistry experience
Comfortable managing 13–15 patients daily
Patient-centered care
