Gentle Dental is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join our established practice in Tucson, Arizona .

Position Highlights

$20,000 signing bonus

Guaranteed compensation during your first year

Earnings potential of $180,000–$400,000+

Percentage-of-production compensation model based on experience

No production targets or quotas

Established patient base with consistent demand

Predominantly PPO practice

Comprehensive general dentistry

Full practice management support, including marketing, scheduling, patient flow, and administrative services

Student Loan Repayment Opportunity

Gentle Dental Irvington is an approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site. Eligible providers may qualify for up to $150,000 in student loan repayment , depending on NHSC program eligibility and service commitment requirements.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Current Arizona dental license, or ability to obtain one prior to employment

Current CPR certification

DEA registration and NPI number, or ability to obtain as required
