Associate Dentist Opportunity – Jacksonville, FL

Emergency Dental is seeking motivated, patient-focused Associate Dentists to join our Jacksonville, FL clinic. What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality dental care to patients of all ages in accordance with state licensure
Collaborate with Emergency Dental providers and staff as part of a primary care team
Perform comprehensive dental assessments and develop sound treatment plans
Provide diagnostic and therapeutic dental services
Educate patients throughout all phases of care on prevention, causes, and treatment options
Review and maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Address patient concerns with professionalism and compassion
Lead and support a small clinical team while contributing to a positive workplace culture
Maintain attendance standards to ensure continuity of patient care
Uphold patient confidentiality, Patients’ Rights, and all federal, state, and dental board regulations
Compensation
Productivity-based pay model
High-performing dentists have the opportunity to exceed $300,000 annually

What We’re Looking For
Experience
Licensure & Certifications
Active dental license in the state of hire
Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CPR/AED) certification
Skills & Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to comprehensive dentistry
Dedication to diversity, inclusion, and patient-centered care
Basic computer skills; Dentrix experience is a plus
Experience with endodontics and surgical extractions preferred
