Part-Time General Dentist Opportunity
Leesburg, Virginia | Established FFS/PPO Practice | High-Quality Patient Base
Are you a confident, relationship-driven General Dentist looking for a high-quality part-time opportunity in one of Northern Virginia’s most desirable communities? Our long-established private group practice in Leesburg, Virginia is seeking a skilled Associate Dentist to step into a productive, well-supported schedule as a valued long-term team member transitions out of the practice.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced clinician who values comprehensive care, strong patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and a primarily fee-for-service environment.

Clinical & Practice Environment
We’re seeking a clinically confident General Dentist with at least 3 years of experience who enjoys practicing comprehensive dentistry and building long-term patient trust.

Compensation & Schedule
Competitive Tiered Compensation Model
Standard Starting Structure: 30% of Collections
Primarily FFS patient base with strong earning potential
Part-Time Schedule: Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Potential flexibility to add an additional 1–3 days per month if desired
