COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Guaranteed Salary with Quarterly Team Incentives
Relocation and Sign-On Bonus Available
200 Earned PTO Hours + 40 hours of Sick Time 5 Days for Continued Education and Fully Paid

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Join an Experienced Dentist Staff with the ability to teach dental students
General Dentistry practice with patients of all ages
Enjoy a 5-day or a 4-day Workweek; no weekends and no on-call is required
This Organization also provides services for: Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and Behavioral Health
Comfortable Providing Dental Care for a rural location
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Dentist Open to doctors with General Dentist Training
Will to consider J-1 and H-1B Visa Candidates
Ability to obtain an Iowa Dental License
Collegial, team player and works well with support staff
COMMUNITY Dentist Cost of Living is 15% Lower than the National Average
