Description:Must cover the week of Christmas, but closed on Christmas Day.Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:50 PM with 50% pediatric and adult patients.Chart closure within 72 hours is required.A decision is typically made within 7 to 14 days.Credentialing can take 30 to 60 days, with six weeks being standard for timely submissions of applications and documents.The following immunizations are required for credentialing before the start date: Flu Vaccine,TB status or X-ray results ( results must be within 90 days before the start date),Positive MMR titer or complete immunization series,Positive Hep B titer or complete immunization series,Positive Varicella Zoster titer or complete immunization series,TDAP immunization (must be within the last 10 years).Providers must agree to a 30-day notice for ending all assignments.Patient encounters per shift are to be determined.The facility does not require physicians to be board certified.Estimated credentialing timeframe is 45 to 60 days.Fellowship is not required.The facility has a trauma level of 0.Pediatric level is 0.
