Job description
Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Store to lead daily store operations in the Denver Metro area, including Aurora. This hands-on leadership role drives sales, donations, and customer service while mentoring a team of 20–30 associates.
The role reports to the Retail Store Manager and requires at least 2 years of supervisory retail experience, a high school diploma, and comfort with POS systems.
