Job description
Coastal Farm in New York seeks a department leader to ensure excellent customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising in assigned areas. You will train associates, manage daily department operations, and support store goals.
Responsibilities include opening/closing, merchandising, floor moves, and coordinating with staff while maintaining signage and displays. Some forklift/propane duties may be required.
