Job description
McDonald’s restaurant operated by Tri County Management is seeking a Department Leader to supervise shifts, guide crews, and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service for every guest. You will plan and monitor shift coverage, lead department operations, maintain inventory and cleanliness, train staff, and uphold safety and quality standards.
Prior leadership in hospitality is preferred; must be 18+ and able to work a flexible schedule.
