Location: 5901 S Scatterfield Rd - Anderson, IN 46013
Salary Range: $18.00 - $27.40 per hour
Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking Department Managers. The role involves leading operations across Heart of House, Bar, and Hospitality departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will coach and develop team members, manage staffing and training, ensure safety and compliance, and drive profitability through effective revenue and labor management.

Lead and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences.
Coach, train, and develop your team—building an all-star lineup every day.
Own execution across operations, from guest engagement to quality, speed, and accuracy.
Champion a clean, safe, and compliant environment across all areas.
Bring energy to in-house promotions, local marketing, and fan engagement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.
High school diploma (or equivalent) required; restaurant and/or leadership experience preferred.
Team-first mindset with a passion for developing people, building culture, and leading by example.
High energy with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, motivated and enthusiastic on every shift.
Qualifications and Requirements
Experience in managing HOH, Bar, or Hospitality operations within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Ability to manage staffing, training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
