If you are hired for the job described in this posting, the franchisee will be your employer, not McDonald’s USA. Responsibilities
Lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
Set goals, delegate tasks to teams, follow up, and report results back to the team and other managers.
For the Guest Service Department: ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience; execute sales promotions; train service staff; keep the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas organized.
For the Kitchen Department: deliver high-quality, safe food quickly; control food costs; train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
For the People Department: hire qualified crew, train them, and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals; ensure crew start well and are recognized and motivated during their tenure.
Qualifications
Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be 18 years or older.
