Location: 1001 Ave of Mid America Ste 1 - Effingham, IL 62401
Salary: $18.00 – $27.40 per hour
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire team members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences.
Coach, train, and develop staff; build a high-performing team.
Own all operational execution—guest engagement, quality, speed, and accuracy.
Champion a clean, safe, and compliant environment across all areas.
Bring energy to in‑house promotions, local marketing, and fan‑engagement initiatives.
Plan, hire, interview, manage, schedule, and develop department staff.
Develop and maintain training plans, performance feedback, and incentive programs.
Manage inventory, food & beverage cost controls, and labor budgets.
Ensure compliance with food safety, responsible alcohol service, and health regulations.
Address guest comments, resolve quality issues, and maintain guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; restaurant and/or leadership experience preferred.
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.
Passionate about developing people, building culture, and leading by example.
