Job description
McDonald’s Restaurants Limited in New Jersey is seeking a Department Manager for franchise-operated locations. You will lead shifts, supervise training, food safety, and inventory, and work with the General Manager to uphold high standards of kitchen, people, and service quality.
Qualified candidates have prior managerial experience in a fast-paced environment, strong customer-service focus, and are 18 years or older.
