Salary Range: $20.04 - $23.91 Hourly

Position Summary
Department Managers are on the front line, running the playbook day in and day out. Whether it’s the floor, the bar, the kitchen, or takeout—you lead it all. You’re responsible for driving operational excellence across your area, ensuring every shift delivers an unbeatable experience for guests and a winning environment for the team.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable guest experiences.
Coach, train, and develop your team—building an all-star lineup every day.
Own execution across operations, from guest engagement to quality, speed, and accuracy.
Champion a clean, safe, and compliant environment across all areas.
Bring energy to in-house promotions, local marketing, and fan engagement initiatives.
What You’ll Do (Now Hiring)
You’ll be in charge of leading departments (Heart of House, Bar, Hospitality) and ensuring high standards of service and product quality. Responsibilities include staffing, training, budgeting, inventory management, performance feedback, and coordinating with General Manager on overall restaurant operation.
Qualifications
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.
High school diploma (or equivalent) required; restaurant and/or leadership experience preferred.
Team-first mindset with passion for developing people, building culture, and leading by example.
High energy; thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings enthusiasm to every shift.
