Job description
Ruiz McDonald’s is seeking an experienced Department Manager to oversee one of the three departments: Guest, People, or Kitchen. Candidates should have prior McDonald’s management experience and be prepared to lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service during each visit.
Responsibilities include supervising training, food safety, and inventory processes, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results to senior management.
