Job description
Primark in New York seeks a Department Manager to own and optimize a department, driving sales, inventory control and customer experience. You will manage merchandise, planograms, and daily orders to stay competitive in price and shopping experience.
You will hire, train, coach and motivate a team of Sales Associates and Team Leaders to deliver exceptional service and store standards. Strong leadership in a fast-paced retail environment is essential.
