Responsibilities

Lead weekly shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.

Manage assigned department systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.

Oversee the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas, organizing service staff for optimal service.

Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality, fast food that is safe, with controlled food cost, and train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.

Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, while motivating and recognizing crew throughout their time working.

Qualifications

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

Positive team player with flexible schedules who can thrive in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.

Must be 18 years or older and eligible to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Benefits

Pay range is between $17-$21.50 hourly or $35,350-$45,000 annually.
