Responsibilities
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. Some managers also lead departments, creating responsibility for:
Managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
Setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results.
Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities include:
Ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
Proper execution of sales promotions.
Training staff in service procedures.
Maintaining organization of Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities include:
Delivering high‑quality food quickly.
Ensuring food safety and cost control.
Training kitchen staff in production procedures.
People Department Manager responsibilities include:
Hiring qualified crew, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals.
Providing positive onboarding and recognition.
Qualifications
Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
Positive team player with flexible schedule.
Enthusiastic about fast‑paced environment; 18 years or older required.
