Responsibilities and Experience

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.

Managers may also lead Departments, overseeing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.

Guest Service Department Managers ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train staff in service procedures, and keep Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas organized.

Kitchen Department Managers ensure quality food delivery, safety compliance, food cost control, and staff training on production procedures and new menu items.

People Department Managers hire qualified crew, train them, schedule based on sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate staff.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

Must be 18 years or older and a positive team player with a flexible schedule.
