Salary: $22.10 - $25.75 hourly
Position Overview
We are looking for a Department Manager to lead our team, ensuring operational excellence, high guest satisfaction, and a safe environment across all areas of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire team members to deliver top‑tier service and unforgettable fan experiences.
Coach, train, and develop team members to build a high‑performing crew.
Own execution across operations from guest engagement to quality, speed, and accuracy.
Champion a clean, safe, and compliant environment across all areas.
Bring energy to in‑house promotions, local marketing, and fan engagement initiatives.
Oversee scheduling, staffing, training, performance feedback, and development of department team members.
Maintain food cost and labor results within company standards; manage inventory and vendor relationships.
Monitor and improve quality metrics, guest feedback, and compliance with health regulations.
Coordinate with other department managers for hiring, training, and operational decisions.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Restaurant and/or leadership experience preferred.
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.
