Responsibilities
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead departments such as:
Guest Service Department Manager : Ensures crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, oversees sales promotions, trains service staff, and maintains the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
Kitchen Department Manager : Ensures the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures.
People Department Manager : Hires qualified crew, trains them, schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and motivates crew throughout their tenure.
Qualifications
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
