Position
Department Managers – hourly wage $17.00–$22.00, depending on experience and availability.

Responsibilities
Lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Manage assigned departmental systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to team and other managers.
Guest Service Department: ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience, execute sales promotions, train staff in service procedures, and maintain organization of Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
Kitchen Department: ensure quality food delivery, food safety, cost control, and proper training of kitchen staff for production procedures and new menu items.
People Department: hire qualified crew, train them, schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, ensure crew get off to a good start, and recognize and motivate them.
Qualifications
Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced environment.
Must be 18 years or older.
