Description
This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. This franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. If you are hired for the job described in this posting, the franchisee will be your employer, not McDonald’s USA. Only the franchisee is responsible for employment matters at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling employees. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment matters at the restaurant and will not receive a copy of your employment application. Responsibilities
Manage shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Lead assigned department systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.
Guest Service Department: Ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas for the best service.
Kitchen Department: Deliver high‑quality food quickly, ensure food safety, control food cost, and train kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
People Department: Hire qualified crew, train them, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. Motivate and recognize crew throughout their employment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and local requirements.
Qualifications
Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with flexible schedule who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be 18 years or older.
