Delegating tasks to team members and following up on completion.
Reporting results to senior management.
Overseeing Guest Service Department functions like crew training, sales promotions, and front‑counter organization.
Ensuring Kitchen Department delivers high‑quality, safe food and manages food costs.
Handling People Department responsibilities such as hiring, training, scheduling, and crew motivation.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
Previous managerial experience, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
Positive teamwork orientation, flexible schedule, and a passion for fast‑paced environments.
