World Wide Wings is a growing franchisee of Buffalo Wild Wings, currently operating over 60 restaurants in 7 states. This opportunity is for a Department Manager role within Buffalo Wild Wings, with a focus on lead roles in Heart of House, Bar, and Hospitality departments. It is a fast-paced, customer-focused environment aimed at delivering an exceptional fan experience.
What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences.
Coach, train, and develop your team—building an all-star lineup every day.
Own execution across operations, from guest engagement to quality, speed, and accuracy.
Champion a clean, safe, and compliant environment across all areas.
Bring energy to in-house promotions, local marketing, and fan engagement initiatives.
Qualifications / What You’ll Bring
You know the game. Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.
High school diploma (or equivalent) required; restaurant and/or leadership experience preferred.
Team-first mindset with a passion for developing people, building culture, and leading by example.
