Job description
Job Title: Department Support Assistant
Location: 100% Onsite | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Location: San Diego CA 92121
Duration: 6 Months
Personal Vehicle : there might be instances where the backfill would have to run errands, i.e pick up a lunch or go buy specific offices supplies
Job Description:
Manage calendaring, meetings, and scheduling.
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense management.
Support event coordination and customer meetings.
Handle customer communications and interactions.
Provide departmental administrative support.
Occasionally use a personal vehicle for local errands, such as picking up lunch or office supplies.
Level of Responsibility:
* Works under supervision.
* Decision-making affects direct area of work and/or work group.
* Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey basic, routine factual information.
* Tasks consist of a limited number of steps and can be referenced using directions or manuals.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Experiance: 1+ year of Department Support Assistant or related experience.
Technology: Outlook (Must Have), Office 365 basics; Concur preferred.
