Job PostingLocations TX - DallasDescription and RequirementsGeneral Description: Process and deposit incoming check payments received from clients and vendors.Responsibilities:Prepare and deposit checks received from clients and vendors in a timely manner. Utilize electronic deposit tool CashPro Online.Research items for deposit.Work with team members to resolve receipts issues prior to deposit.Obtain endorsements and forward checks to third party entities.Create and respond to daily tasks.Knowledge Skills and Abilities:1 year + cash handling experience in a high-volume environment.Experience with CashPro Online preferred.Strong organizational skills.Ability to work in a team environment.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.Strong work ethic with a defined sense of urgency.Strong attention to detail and retention of pertinent information.Accurate and fast data entry skills.USI is committed to providing a full-suite of competitive benefits for our growing population and its diverse needs.
