Depository Services SpecialistEnid-Broadway - Enid, OK 73701Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Day Education Level: High School / GED Travel Percentage: Negligible Category: BankingDescriptionThe Depository Services Specialist is responsible for the Cash Vault for the Enid, Oklahoma locations.Principal Duties And ResponsibilitiesProvides a superior level of customer service to both internal and external client associates for a variety of complex issues and requests on a daily basis.Maintains detailed knowledge of department procedures and compliance with Bank policies and procedures.Verifies sums of coin and currency received from branches, ATMs, customers, and money from tellers; orders and disburses coin/currency as needed to keep the vault in balance.Uses reports generated to keep within goals set for cash on-hand totals.Processes state and federal verification requests.Non-Essential Functions: Performs other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation And/Or ExperienceHigh School Diploma, or equivalent, required.2-3 years' experience as a teller or similar role in a retail banking environment, or equivalent work experience of 3-5 years, required.Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesGeneral knowledge of basic banking principles.Troubleshoot, attention to detail, problem solve and make timely decisions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.Ability to analyze and resolve issues making sound judgments.Ability to adapt to changing needs of the department.Ability to work with detailed information in an efficient and accurate manner, while meeting established deadlines.
