Job description
Restaurant Technologies is seeking a General Manager I to lead the Melville depot and drive operational and financial results for a site serving up to 800 customers. You will oversee a mix of operations managers and hourly staff, focusing on team engagement, safety, fleet performance, and service excellence.
Responsibilities include ensuring OSHA and HACCP compliance, managing DOT requirements, leading new install projects, overseeing oil distribution, inventory accuracy, and cost control.
