Job description
Delaware Department of Justice seeks a highly motivated Deputy Attorney General to serve as general counsel to administrative boards and commissions. You will advise on legal standards, FOIA compliance, and regulatory matters in a hybrid work environment.
You will draft regulations, attend meetings, and represent boards in proceedings, including court appeals. Delaware Bar membership is required, with occasional evening meetings and collaborative teamwork.
