Job description
The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe in South Dakota seeks a full-time Deputy Attorney General to provide legal services and representation to the Tribe's Executive Committee, its subcommittees, departments and tribal entities. The Deputy will assist the Attorney General on matters involving tribal governance, health, housing, and tribal code revisions.
Duties include drafting and reviewing ordinances, leases, policies and contracts; advising tribal programs; and presenting updates to leadership.
